Rental periods run from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am. To secure a booking you would need to send a 25% deposit, with the balance payable up to 8 weeks before your stay.

Cancellation policy: if I can find another renter for your dates I will return any money sent (minus bank charges).

The house is for a maximum of 10 people over the age of 5. I regret that pets and smoking are not allowed in the house.

The rental rate includes: utilities, bedlinen, towels, satellite TV, local phone calls, and 3 hours of cleaning 3 days a week.

The security deposit is 600 euros and is returned on departure.
