2009 Rates

Villa Belle Vue is available year-round, and the minimum rental period is 2 weeks. Weekly rental rates are:

July-August......................... 3700 euros

June, September................. 2900 euros

May, October ..................... 2400 euros

Christmas/New Year........... 3100 euros

The rate includes bedlinen, towels, utilities, satellite TV, WiFi internet, national phone calls, three mornings of cleaning per week, and after-stay clean.

Rental periods run from Saturday 5pm to Saturday 10am. To secure a booking you would need to send a 25% deposit, with the balance payable up to 8 weeks before your stay.

Security deposit: there is a refundable security deposit of 800 euros against any breakage or damage.

Cancellation policy: if we can find another booking for your dates we will return any money sent (minus bank charges).

The house is for a maximum of 8 people. We regret that pets and smoking are not allowed in the house.

Location: Villa Belle Vue is about 1 km from the village of Gordes. Marseille airport is 1 hour away, Nice is 2.5 hours, and the TGV train stations are at Avignon (45 minutes) and Aix (1 hour). The A7 highway at Cavaillon is 20 minutes away.
