Chateau
de Goult is available year-round. Outside peak seasons it is available
for 3-night weekends, otherwise it is 1-week minimum. Weekend rate is 60%
of the weekly rates below, and there is a discount for 2 weeks as follows:
Included in the rates are utilities, bedlinen, towels, heating, wireless high-speed internet, satellite TV, Saturday morning clean and after-stay clean. Extra cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost. Rental periods run from Saturday 5pm to Saturday 10am. To secure a booking you would send a 25% deposit, with the balance payable up to 8 weeks before your stay. Security deposit: there is a refundable security deposit of 2000 euros against any breakage or damage. Cancellation policy: if we can find another booking for your dates we will return any money sent (minus bank charges). Other services: a cook, baby-sitting, shopping and airport/train pick-up can be arranged, as can extra transport. The house is for a maximum of 14 adults, and 24 people including children. We regret that pets and smoking are not allowed in the house. |
