Le Jujubier is an idyllic rental cottage right in the beautiful village of Menerbes, in the Luberon natural park of Provence. It has two air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms and is in a very quiet setting only two minutes stroll from the restaurants and shops of Menerbes.

You enter into a lovely light space with kitchen open to the living room. There is a dining table and comfortable seating for 4 around an open fireplace. The house has wireless internet and satellite TV.
 
 

The kitchen features an extra-large oven and 6-ring gas cooker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, and all the cookware you might need to prepare a Provencal feast.

On a lower level is a big laundry room with washing machine, dryer, and ironing, There is a guest WC by the front door.

Upstairs are two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. These rooms have superb views. The bedrooms are air conditioned.

The master bedroom has a 1.6m-wide bed (5.25 ft), and two big windows with great view of the Luberon. The bathroom has bathtub with both overhead and handheld showers. The WC is separate, next to the bathroom.

Bedroom 2 has two single beds which are 1.9m long (6.25 ft)and a writing desk, its en suite bathroom has a shower, basin and WC.

The outside space at Le Jujubier is an encosed patio (pictured below) which features a dipping basin for cooling down on hot days.
 
 

The patio is 25 square metres (270 sq ft) and will have a pergola for shade and table and chairs to enjoy the many months when you can eat outside in Provence.

Notes to the rental rates

Included in the rental rates: bedlinen, towels, utilities, a.c. in the bedrooms, WiFi internet, and after-stay clean.

Rental periods run from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am. For stays over a week there is a change of bedlinen once a week.

To secure a booking you would send a 25% deposit, with the balance payable up to 8 weeks before your stay.

 

  

There is a refundable security deposit of 300 euros against any breakages or damage.

Cancellation policy: if we can find another booking for your dates we will return any money sent (minus bank charges).

The house is for a maximum of 4 people and is not suitable for children under 6. Pets and smoking are not allowed in the house.
