Weekly rates

April........................ 1800 euros

Included in the rates: utilities, bedlinen, towels, pool towels, air conditioning in the bedrooms, high-speed internet, satellite TV, two cleans per week, after-stay clean, local phone calls.

Rental periods run from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am. To secure a booking you would need to send a 25% deposit, with the balance payable up to 8 weeks before your stay. From mid-May to mid-September there is a 2-week minimum rental period.

There is a refundable security deposit of 800 euros against any breakages (other than the odd glass) or damage.

Cancellation policy: if we can find another booking for your dates we will return any money sent (minus bank charges).

The house is for a maximum of 8 people. We regret that pets and smoking are not allowed in the house.
