Le Chateau Ocre is available year-round, for a maximum of 12 people, and the minimum booking period is 2 weeks.

Included: utilities, bedlinen, towels, 3 x 2-hour cleans per week, after-stay clean, local phone calls.

Winter rentals: electricity is not included for rentals between October and April.

Rental periods run from Friday 6pm to Friday 10am - arrival day may be variable according to your needs. To secure a booking you would need to send a 25% deposit, with the balance payable up to 8 weeks before your stay.

Security deposit: there is a refundable security deposit of 800 euros against any breakage or damage.

Cancellation policy: if we can find another booking for your dates we will return any money sent (minus bank charges).
