Three-bedroom Provence village house with great views in Cadenet near Lourmarin, available for weekly rentals

The large sheltered terrace with view to the west.   The village of Cadenet seen from the south.

Le Patio is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Provence village house to rent by the week. It is in the village of Cadenet on the south flanks of the Luberon mountain, which gives you an authentic slice of Provence village life. Cadenet is a village that is alive all year round.

The house has wide views to the south over the open countryside, including Montagne Sainte Victoire, which Cezanne spent so long painting. Being south of the Luberon it is much closer to Aix en Provence, Lourmarin, the sea and the French Riviera.

The big terrace at the back has dining table and chairs as well as a shaded entertainment area with bar and fountain.

All of the living space is on the top floor, so there is a lot of light, and everything faces out to the view. You arrive onto a large terrace which is partly covered over with a beamed ceiling (see above). Here there is a bar, pool table and fountain. The dining table is next to this space.

The balcony at the front looks south over the Provence landscape - pictured left is the view southeast and right is the view southwest.

At the front of the house is a balcony with views to the south, pictured above and left. To the left is the famous Montagne Sainte-Victoire, which tells you that you are not far from the great city of Aix-en-Provence, with its arts scene, festivals, wonderful shops, markets and restaurants.

Outside of summer it is often sunny in Provence and in the cooler months this balcony is a lovely place to catch the heat of the sun, and it is also protected from the wind.
