The house is available for a minimum of two weeks rental.

Included in the rate are bedlinens, towels, pool towels, 2 hours of cleaning per day, after-stay clean, all utilities, wireless internet and satellite TV.

A caretaker couple lives out of sight, elsewhere on the property, and are on hand to help if there are any problems.

To make a booking: you would pay a 25% deposit with the balance due 8 weeks before your stay.		 Rental periods run from 5pm on the first day to 10am on the last day, and normally Saturday-Saturday.

Cancellation policy: if we can find another booking for your dates we will return any money sent (minus bank charges).

Security deposit: there is a refundable security deposit of 1000 euros against breakages or damage.

The house is for a maximum of 12 people. We regret that pets and smoking are not allowed in the house.
