5-bedroom Provence rental house with pool and tennis court, between Bonnieux and Lacoste

Le Trigaud is blessed with dramatic views of two of the region’s most beautiful hill-top villages, Bonnieux and Lacoste. It has three acres of grounds set out on wooded terraces, with the heated pool, boules court and tennis court on different levels.

The location is very close to the beautiful hill-top villages of the Luberon, but in quiet, bucolic countryside of vineyards and orchards. The house sleeps 10 in 5 bedrooms and is available for weekly rentals year-round.

Living Rooms

The house has been recently renovated and includes modern appliances, satellite TV, and CD player/iPod dock.

In the TV den are TV with English freeview channels, DVD player and movies, books and games. Beyond that is a games room with table tennis.

 

 

The kitchen has a big oven with 5-ring cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, and coffee machine. In the basement is a utility room with washing machine and dryer, and another  fridge and freezer.

Bedrooms

There are 5 bedrooms. Downstairs there are the master bedroom with double bed and two twin rooms with two single beds each. Upstairs are a double bedroom and a twin bedroom.

The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The other bedrooms each have a small shower room with basin. There is one WC upstairs and 2 downstairs.

Garden, Pool & Tennis Court

There are several outside eating areas in the shade, including the gravelled terrace with view of both Bonnieux and Lacoste.

On the level below the house is the heated pool which is 12m x 6m (40 x 20ft). It has a diving board and security alarm. Being heated, it has a longer swimming season. There are 10 very comfortable sun loungers with cushions. Above the pool is the illuminated boules (petanque) court, and above that the new hardcourt tennis court. Rackets and balls are supplied.

The boules court sits above the pool and can be lit up at night for after-dinner fun.
