Included in the rental rates: bedlinen, towels, utilities, WiFi, local calls and after-stay clean.

To secure a booking you would send a 30% deposit, with the balance payable up to 2 months before your stay.

There is a refundable security deposit of 1000 euros against any breakages or damage.		 The house is for a maximum of 8 people.

Rental periods run from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am. For stays over a week there is a change of bedlinen and towels once a week. Two-week minimum rental in July-August.

Cancellation policy: if we can find another booking for your dates we will return any money sent (minus bank charges).
