Included in the rental rates: bedlinen, towels, utilities, air conditioning in the bedrooms, and after-stay clean.

To secure a booking you would send a 25% deposit, with the balance payable up to 8 weeks before your stay.

Rental periods run from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am. For stays over a week there is a change of bedlinen and towels once a week.		 There is a refundable security deposit of 300 euros against any breakages or damage.

Cancellation policy: if we can find another booking for your dates we will return any money sent (minus bank charges).

The house is for a maximum of 4 people and is not suitable for children under 6. We regret that pets and smoking are not allowed in the house
