The
fabulous Red Room, with its fireplace flanked by Renaissance decorative
fountains, and timeworn pebble floor, is the place for a snooze after
lunch or a read before dinner.

In the kitchen is everything you would need to feed a small army. A wide oven with 5-ring cooker, dishwasher, American fridge-freezer, pantry, and a host of cooking aids. There is a very large work surface for preparation and at the other end a dining table. The kitchen opens onto the courtyard and also the garden and there are dining tables just outside. The clothes washing machine is in a room apart from the kitchen, along with an additional freezer and a drinks fridge. |

The
kitchen combines an industrial look with very Provencal decorative elements.

There are two more sitting rooms in addition to the red room, both of them in a distinctive style and equally appealing. The ochre room pictured left and right is full of interesting objects as well as a daybed to relax on or a desk to write at. Next to this is the study with shelves of books and a TV with French channels and 250 movies on DVD. There are two other TVs in bedrooms with CanalSat channels (all the French ones plus CNN, BBC World and many others). There is also free wireless internet. |
