Stunning Property
This is a simply stunning property. The design, architecture, decor and facilities are second to none. It was perfect for our family of four. The kids absolutely loved the pool and the garden was superbly designed to catch the sunshine and shade balance perfectly. The interior specification is first class, matched only by the welcome and helpfulness of the hosts Isabelle and Jeremy. The location is perfect for exploring Provence and the Luberon, with so many wonderful villages on your doorstep. I also highly recommended Philippe at Cyclix (location de velos) for bike hire – he delivered them to our property and collected them 2 weeks later, and first class adult and kids road bikes . Overall, a wonderful stay on a first class property and location. We will be back !
Cabrieres d'Avignon is one of the less-visited and more authentic villages in the beautiful Luberon region. The honey-coloured centre of the village is self-sufficient with a small grocery store, baker, butcher, and restaurant. Cabrieres also has public tennis courts and a children's playground, and 5 hectares of cedar forest with walking, bike and fitness trails. The village is notable as the launchpad for several hiking and biking trails into the beautiful countryside all around.
Cabrieres d'Avignon is well placed in the Luberon, 5 minutes from the stellar village of Gordes, and 2 minutes from all the shops and restaurants of Coustellet, as well as its Sunday morning farmers' market. It is a short drive to the other beautiful hill-top villages of the Luberon: Menerbes, Bonnieux, Lacoste, Roussillon, Goult, Oppede-le-vieux, etc. as well as antiques capital L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue and stunning Fontaine-de-Vaucluse to the west. Within an hour are the splendid Provence cities of Avignon, Arles, St-Remy, Aix-en-Provence, Nimes, Marseille, and the Rhone wine trail.
Included in the rates: utilities, bedlinen, towels, WiFi internet, visitor tax, after-stay clean. For stays of 2 weeks or more there is a weekly clean with change of bedding and towels.
To book: 25% booking deposit, with the balance payment due 8 weeks before arrival.
Rental periods: July-August:1-week minimum, from 4pm Saturday to 10am Saturday. May, June, September, Xmas: 4 nights minimum. Rest of year: 3 nights minimum.
Refundable damage deposit: 800 euros.
Cancellation: if you have to cancel, we will try to re-book your dates, and refund the amount recovered (minus bank charges).
Maximum occupancy: 4.
Dogs are not accepted in this property.
All properties are non-smoking.
Beautiful House in a stunning Location
We have stayed at Isabelle Anne’s property for the third time this year. The house is stunning as is the courtyard and furnished beautifully with carefully created taste. The property is spotless and faultless, hence why we keep returning! The location is peaceful and set in a picture perfect village with a bakery and grocery store. There is a lovely restaurant in the village should you fancy staying locally. However the house is perfectly situated for exploring many beauty spots that the Luberon has to offer. Isabelle Anne is very charming and has always supplied us with fantastic restaurant recommendations and activity’s in the area. Highly recommend this property and hope to return again soon.

We were two Americans couples sharing IA’s lovely home. The guys had just finished a week of cycling and were thrilled to find a refreshing pool in the courtyard upon arrival.
The home is laid out very nicely, with modern, high-quality furnishings throughout. The kitchen contained all the technology we’d needed. The renovation work was impeccably completed. At the same time, the charm of a truly old home was thoughtfully preserved.
IA met us upon arrival and introduced us to the space, the surroundings and provided very helpful restaurant recommendations. The village itself was just far enough from the main roads to provide us with a sense of sanctuary and peace. Yet it was conveniently located with respect to the sites we visited.
We would recommend this rental without hesitation to our friends traveling in the Luberon.
Beautiful Home & Host in a wonderful area.
We had a wonderful week at Maison Leontine, the home is beautiful and carefully decorated and equipped. The garden and pool are especially lovely and the area is in the heart of Provence surrounded by vineyards and beautiful villages. IA was so helpful and informative about the area, local sites and local amenities. Thank you for a wonderful week.

the house has everything you need to have a perfect holiday. From the amazing swimmingpool and garden to the inside of the house.
Isabelle Anne is an amazing host with tons of great ideas for visits, great food and local market experiences. The house was impeccable clean upon arrival with a nice bottle of rose wine waiting in the fridge…
