The house can sleep 10 people in 5 air-conditioned bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, with one being a children's twin room. One bedroom with bathroom is downstairs, the others are upstairs.

The master bedroom and its en suite bathroom are on the ground floor.

The master bedroom is on the ground floor with a 1.8m/6ft-wide bed and portable air conditioner, and an en suite bathroom with shower, basin and WC. This room opens out to the garden and has its own private terrace.

Bedroom 2 (above) is upstairs with 1.8m/6ft-wide bed, a.c., and en suite bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, double basins and WC. Bedroom 3 (left) has a 1.6m/5.25ft-wide bed, a.c., and in-room shower, WC and basin. Bedrooms 4 and 5 (below) are a twin room for children and a double with 1.6m/5.25ft-wide bed, and these two rooms share a bathroom with shower, basin and WC. Both rooms have a.c.

Bedroom 5 is a kids' room with two single beds.
