The house and garden face south to the view, with the village of Cucuron behind. At the end of the garden is open countryside rich in vineyards.

The non-chlorine pool measures 10m x 4m (33 x 13ft) and has an electric cover and alarm for children's safety.

The petanque/boules court is lit for night play, and there is also an outdoor ping pong table.
