Weekly Rates

Included in the rental rates: bedlinen, towels, utilities, 2 x 3 hours of cleaning per week, satellite TV, WiFi internet, pool and garden maintenance, and after-stay clean. For stays of 2 weeks or more there is a weekly change of bedding and towels.

Rental periods run from Saturday 5pm to Saturday 10am.

There is a refundable security deposit of 1000 euros against any breakages or damage.		 To secure a booking you would send a 25% deposit, with the balance payable up to 8 weeks before your stay.

Cancellation policy: if we can find another booking for your dates we will return any money sent (minus bank charges).

The house is for a maximum of 20 people. We regret that smoking is not allowed in the house.
