Included in the rental rates: utilities, bedlinen, towels and after-stay clean. Visitor tax is an additional 2.53 euros per adult per night.

To secure a booking you would send a 30% deposit, with the balance payable up to 8 weeks before your stay.

Rental periods run from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am.		 There is a refundable security deposit of 600 euros against any breakages or damage.

Cancellation policy: if we can find another booking for your dates we will return any money sent (minus bank charges).

The house is for a maximum of 4 people, with minimum age of 14. We regret that smoking is not allowed in the house. A dog is accepted with 15 euros extra cleaning fee.
