The elegant ground floor is made up of the kitchen, dining/sitting room, living room, wine cellar, ping pong room, games room, laundry room and guest WC.

The main living room is set around a fireplace, with Smart TV, Blu-ray/DVD, movie library and Xbox with Fifa 16. The dining table seats 12-14. There is also a table for 4 in the lobby area. But meals are usually taken outside, either under the plane tree or by the barbecues.

The kitchen is equipped with a 5-ring gas stove, 1.5 ovens, American fridge-freezer with ice and water, wine fridge, dishwasher and microwave. The breakfast bar even has USB sockets underneath.

Next to the kitchen is the utility room with 2 washing machines, tumble dryer, second fridge and second dishwasher. There is a temperature-controlled wine cellar (right), and guests are welcome to help themselves, and then replace with a similar wine. The wine cellar is also perfect in summer for storing fruit, vegetables, cheese, etc.

Kids and teens love the ping pong room, with its vaulted ceiling, seating and TV. There is a further games room with a selection of board games. There is also a guest WC on the ground floor.
