There are 8 acres around the house that are fenced, but the property's land goes on well beyond that with over 180 acres of vineyards, woods, truffle oaks and lavender. It's a private slice of Provence countryside.

Pool area is gated and fenced for safety.

To the south side is the large pool measuring 14m x 7m (46 x 23ft). The pool is fenced and gated for children's security. Indeed the house is ideal for a multi-generation family holiday.

On other sides of the house are large lawns on two levels, with beds of lavender and cypress trees, and a vineyard. For adults and children alike this is a Provence paradise.

Along one side of the house is the walled courtyard (below), with table and chairs, laid to gravel.

At the centre of the house is the inner courtyard with the shade of the chestnut tree.

The terrace between house and pool has the shade of a huge oak tree for outside dining (below). This is where the kitchen door is situated.

The house is set well away from a quiet country road so this is a totally peaceful and quiet location.

There is plenty of secure, gated parking outside the courtyard.
