Living Rooms

The rooms on the ground floor face south onto the courtyard - these are the living room, dining room, bar and kitchen.

The living room has a long sofa and an ottoman, and opens through to the dining room with its fireplace and armchairs. There is a sound system with CD player.

The highlight of the house is the loving recreation of a real French bar (below), with tables, bar and stools, and TV - a fun spot for convivial evenings, spilling out onto the terrace with its shading trees and hot tub.

The house has its own bar room.

The kitchen has everything you'd need: oven, 4-ring cooker, microwave, American fridge-freezer, dishwasher, food processor, coffee machine and Nespresso.

Upstairs is the TV den (below left) with DVD library for kids and grown-ups, and Playstation 3 with games. There are English-language channels as well as all the French channels and Canal+.

 The converted barn (above right) provides a shaded lunch spot, and also has a huge screen across one wall with video projector for movie nights.
