Verosan
"If you’re looking for traditional Provencal charm, you won’t find it here. Verosan is in a new building, in a new road, in the less-than-charming cross-roads town of Coustellet. However if you want a quick, good-value lunch in a modern setting this will serve you well. It’s also open for breakfast and Sunday brunch (market day) and has a small selection of delicatessen items for take away.
When I went for lunch every table was taken by local professionals. The menu is simple: four different salads including a tarte du jour or a choice of 4 ‘plats du jour’ that included ‘cuisses de poulet farcis’ and the Provencal speciality ‘soupe au pistou’. With wine and coffee lunch for two came to 36€. The service is great – friendly yet slick.
Verosan is right opposite the Cave Vinicole and there is plenty of parking. You can sit outside on a small terrace though it is pretty much on the road."
