An absolute fabulous rental apartment tucked away within walking distance to all the wonderful restaurants, shops, the Apt Market and more!

The apartment provides all the amenities you need or want during a stay in the beautiful village of Apt!

The Owner, Mary is such a gracious person and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is everything you dream it would be. We loved our time in Apt visiting nearby towns and villages and it was so nice to return at the end of the day to such a beautiful, clean and comfortable setting!

We highly recommend this very roomy apartment while staying in the area. The locals are so gracious and friendly to visitors which was the icing on the cake for us.

The Location
The apartment is in the heart of the town of Apt. Apt is a market town in the middle of the Luberon range without obvious tourist attractions, instead it is a real place where people live and work, and on Saturday mornings the centre of town plays host to the biggest market in the Luberon, with 300 stands in summer. It is a Provencal pleasure to wander the through the old part of Apt, with its fountains, squares and grand town houses, finishing up in one of the town's many bars and restaurants. Apt is also very convenient for its supermarket, food and specialist stores. And for those with a sweet tooth, it also happens to be the capital of candied fruit.

Property Rental Policies

  • Included in the rates: utilities, bedlinen, towels, WiFi internet, after-stay clean. For stays of 2 weeks or more there is a weekly change of bedding and towels.

  • To book: 50% booking deposit, with the balance payment due 14 days before arrival.

  • Rental periods: 4 nights minimum all year.

  • Refundable damage deposit: 250 euros.

  • Cancellation: if you have to cancel, we will try to re-book your dates, and refund the amount recovered (minus bank charges).

  • Maximum occupancy: 2 adults.

  • Pets are not accepted at this property.

  • All properties are non-smoking.

Amazingly appointed suite in the heart of Apt with all the amenities I could ask for. 5 minute walk from the city centre, short drive or ride to villages of the region. All I could ask for to experience the region, top!

The apartment was very recently renovated— it was gorgeous, comfortable and easy walking distance to Apt, France. Parking for car was free and extremely convenient.
