This apartment is extremely well thought out, planned and beautifully furnished. You can tell that the hosts have really thought of everything! Loving and tasteful. Big recommendation.

The Location
The studio apartment is in the heart of the town of Apt. Apt is a market town in the middle of the Luberon range without obvious tourist attractions, instead it is a real place where people live and work, and on Saturday mornings the centre of town plays host to the biggest market in the Luberon, with 300 stands in summer. It is a Provencal pleasure to wander the through the old part of Apt, with its fountains, squares and grand town houses, finishing up in one of the town's many bars and restaurants. Apt is also very convenient for its supermarket, food and specialist stores. And for those with a sweet tooth, it also happens to be the capital of candied fruit.

Property Rental Policies

  • Quoted rates are for 2 people. For 1 person only there is a 5% reduction.

  • Included in the rates: utilities, bedlinen, towels, WiFi internet, after-stay clean. Visitor tax is not included.

  • To book: 25% booking deposit, with the balance payment due 14 days before arrival.

  • Rental periods: April-September, 3 nights minimum. Rest of year, 2 nights minimum.

  • Refundable damage deposit: 150 euros.

  • Cancellation: if you cancel at least 14 days prior to start date we will refund (minus bank charges). Within 14 days of start date we will try to re-book your dates, and refund the amount recovered (minus bank charges).

  • Maximum occupancy: 2.

  • Dogs are not accepted in this property.

  • All properties are non-smoking.

Beautiful apartment with everything you could possibly need. Jen & Chris were so welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was in the perfect location for easy access to local shops and surrounding villages, wineries etc. We would recommend to anyone looking for an experience Provençal!

We stayed in Apt. 3 for three night and thoroughly enjoyed it. The apartment was clean, well decorated and fully equipped. Our hosts were very accommodating and had clearly thought of everything a visitor might need (like a picnic basket and frozen ice packs to keep your food cold). A bonus was being able to do the laundry after an 8 day cycling trip! The town of Apt is a great base from which to explore the Luberon. It has many restaurants and interesting shops but plan ahead as many are closed on Sunday and Monday. We rented e-bikes and were able to explore several beautiful hill towns. All in all it was a great stay.

We are delighted to return from our stay in Apt, in large part thanks to our rental with Jen and Chris. Their apartment is comfortable, functional and tastefully decorated. It offers a warm and colorful setting, ideal for enjoying the city! Just for their hospitality and impeccable service, we highly recommend.
