Fabulous week in the Luberon
We had a fabulous week and can highly recommend it…to rent in the beautiful Luberon area. Its location close to the D900 makes it an ideal springboard for day trips to all the surrounding picturesque towns and villages. The house itself is an absolute treat! Beautifully decorated, it offers luxurious comfort and is equipped with everything one could possibly need. I think we will return to the Luberon and will definitely be in touch when we do!
Close by are other beautiful, perched, hilltop villages: Gordes, Roussillon, Lacoste, Oppede le vieux, Menerbes, Goult, etc. all within 15 minutes. From Bonnieux you are by the cleft in the Luberon mountain that gives you access to the south side: more gorgeous villages like Lourmarin, Cucuron, Ansouis and Cadenet to explore, 20 minutes away, and beyond these, the fine city of Aix-en-Provence.
Included in the rates: utilities, bedlinen, towels, WiFi internet, light cleaning mid-week, after-stay clean. For stays of 2 weeks or more there is a weekly clean with change of bedding and towels.
To book: 30% booking deposit, with the balance payment due 4 weeks before arrival.
Rental periods: 1-week minimum, from 4pm Saturday to 10am Saturday.
Refundable damage deposit: 2500 euros.
Cancellation: if you have to cancel, we will try to re-book your dates, and refund the amount recovered (minus bank charges).
Maximum occupancy: 12.
Dogs would be considered for this property, with a refundable damage deposit of 1000 euros.
All properties are non-smoking.
Great Family Villa
We had a wonderful week at the Villa – the pool was a big hit with the grandkids. The beds were very comfortable.
A superb country villa. Highly recommended
I rented this home for a family event – with guests aged 28 to 88 years of age. Everyone had a great time. The home is very well-appointed (we lacked for nothing) and the gardens are beautiful; everything is as advertised. We especially enjoyed the many different areas where smaller groups of us could cluster, both inside and outside. The outside front courtyard is a lovely and well shaded place to eat under the old and massive plane tree.
All of the bedrooms are large with ensuite bathrooms and very comfortable beds. There is a large and comfortable sitting room that many enjoyed for relaxation.
The weather was excellent and we very much enjoyed having the pool and access to multiple outside eating areas. The outside kitchen and barbecue are a nice addition.
We also rented bikes from Bonnieux and were able to visit many of the nearby villages which added to our enjoyment. Christine, our hostess, was both helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend this villa.
Another Fantastic Stay
Summer 2025 was our third stay and it was just as wonderful as the first two. The house is charming and always well-maintained by a caring and attentive staff. And we are just so taken by the location…there is always something new to explore and experience. Quite certain we’ll be back for a 4th visit soon!
