Just beautiful!
A small gem in an extraordinarily beautiful, picturesque village, with friendly people. Beautiful surroundings that offer many activities. The location corresponded exactly to the description and offered everything we needed. Beautifully furnished rooms and well equiped kitchen. Manon was easily accessible online and communicated proactively (self check-in). We had sought peace and found peace. The location is very nice and quiet. The leafy front garden is a great place to enjoy a good glass of rosé or a book in privacy. We had a lovely time!
Menerbes rises up like a ship from the sea of vineyards that run along the Luberon valley and is officially one of 'The Most Beautiful Villages of France'. Menerbes has two levels. On the mid-level are restaurants, cafe, bakery and grocery store. And on the top level you can stroll past grand houses with magnificent views to north and south, as well as the Maison de la Truffe et du Vin (House of Wine and Truffles), where you can buy produce and also have lunch in the beautiful garden. Market day in Menerbes is Thursday mornings from April to October.
From Menerbes you can get to the other picture-perfect hill-top villages of the north Luberon within 15 minutes by car: Gordes, Bonnieux, Roussillon, Lacoste, Oppede-le-vieux and Goult. Within an hour are the must-sees of Avignon, Aix-en-Provence, St-Remy, Les Baux-de-Provence and Arles.
Included in the rates: utilities, bedlinen, towels, WiFi internet, visitor tax, after-stay clean. Weekly change of bedlinen and towels for stays of two weeks or more.

A lovely place to stay.
We had a lovely week in this charming property. It has been beautifully renovated and modernised without losing any of the charm and character of the building. Menerbes is a lovely village with plenty of lovely restaurants just on the door-step and lots more interesting places to visit within a short drive. Manon was very helpful and happy to give advice if it was needed. This place is a great antidote to the stresses of the modern world. Thank you Manon for allowing us to share it.
Lovely base for exploring Luberon
The flat is right in the pretty little village of Menerbes. Perfect for two people as a base for exploring the Luberon area. During our stay in mid october we visited one or two villages every day. Main focus allways to find the best restaurant for lunch…which we allways did – often with the help of the “book” that Manon – our hostess – had written about the flat, the area and lots of tips of what do do and eat. This helped a lot to make our stay perfect.
The flat seems to be very recently renovated and is in two levels. Ground floor with a well equiped kitchen, a small dining room and a very nice living room with a TV. Upstairs a really nice bedroom with comfy bed and a view over the mountains, a bathroom and a small guest room that we used for storage. We strongly recommend this place.
A Real Gem
We had a wonderful time in the beautiful little house of Manon.
Very good central location in Menerbes, shops and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is very tastefully decorated, and there is everything you need for a relaxing holiday. There is also a pretty little courtyard and a small balcony with beautiful views, we felt very comfortable.
