Totally recommended
This property is absolutely stunning! Every detail was beautiful and thoughtful and the host was so gracious and helpful. The town of Ménerbes is quaint and lovely and the epitome of Provençal dreams. Would absolutely recommend anyone looking for an amazing stay in Provence.
Menerbes rises up like a ship from the sea of vineyards that run along the Luberon valley and is officially one of 'The Most Beautiful Villages of France'. Menerbes has two levels. On the mid-level are restaurants, cafe, bakery and grocery store. And on the top level you can stroll past grand houses with magnificent views to north and south, as well as the Maison de la Truffe et du Vin (House of Wine and Truffles), where you can buy produce and also have lunch in the beautiful garden. Market day in Menerbes is Thursday mornings from April to October.
From Menerbes you can get to the other picture-perfect hill-top villages of the north Luberon within 15 minutes by car: Gordes, Bonnieux, Roussillon, Lacoste, Oppede-le-vieux and Goult. Within an hour are the must-sees of Avignon, Aix-en-Provence, St-Remy, Les Baux-de-Provence and Arles.
Included in the rates: utilities, bedlinen, towels, WiFi internet, after-stay clean. Visitor tax is not included. For stays of 2 weeks or more there is a weekly change of bedding and towels.
To book: 30% booking deposit, with the balance payment due 8 weeks before arrival.
Rental periods: June-September, 1 week minimum, Saturday-Saturday. Rest of year, 5 nights minimum, flexible arrival day.
Refundable damage deposit: 1000 euros.
Cancellation: if you have to cancel, we will try to re-book your dates, and refund the amount recovered (minus bank charges).

The most unique place we have known
This is one of the most unique places we’ve stayed, and we’ve stayed all over the world. The bedding, the furniture, the exposed stone, all contributed to a cozy and comfortable vibe/stay.
As others have noted, one of the bedrooms is separate from the rest of the house. This room is extremely large and beautiful, with beautiful views. Just worth being aware of if traveling with children.
Would highly recommend this place if you want a quiet and peaceful stay in a lovely town that is small but close to all the Luberon villages for day trips.
Perfect Provence retreat
A beautiful period house in a wonderful historic village, a great base from which to explore the area but equally well situated and equipped for a village based break. The house is beautifully decorated and a pleasure to stay in.

Would really recommend...
Every detail in this house make the guests feel special. Attention has been paid to every detail and the furniture is absolutely outstanding. The kitchen is convenient and the tv room a wonderful addition for movie night.
The pool is small but our girls spent hours there having fun. Be aware that the master doesn8217;t communicate with rest of the house – not ideal with young kids. The village is an absolute gem.
