Provence perfection!
This is Provence perfection. Our group of 19 (including kids!) had all the space we needed to relax solo or come together in one of the many stunning common areas — think five living rooms, a cinema room, and a library with thousands of books. The villa itself is elegant yet cozy, with stone floors, luxe furnishings, and incredibly comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. The converted barn with three extra bedrooms was ideal for added privacy. Everything was immaculate, and the mid-week housekeeping felt like magic. This home strikes the perfect balance of charm, luxury, and serenity — we truly didn’t want to leave. If you’re dreaming of a peaceful, picture-perfect stay in the Luberon, this is it.
Gordes is probably the most famous Luberon village, due in no small part to the incredibly photogenic view of it as you arrive. Gordes has a great choice of restaurants, cafes, specialist shops, cultural events, and is alive year-round. On Tuesday mornings the centre of the village around the chateau is taken over by the weekly market. Just outside Gordes is Senanque Abbey, another must-see photo-moment when the lavender is in bloom.
The view from Gordes' high position over the Luberon valley is also spectacular, and you can pick out most of the best hill-top villages of the Luberon, all a short drive away: Menerbes, Bonnieux, Lacoste, Oppede-le-vieux, Roussillon, Goult. The impressive Fontaine-de-Vaucluse and the antiques capital of l'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue are 20 minutes away, the medieval city of Avignon is 40 minutes, and within an hour or so are Aix-en-Provence, St-Remy-de-Provence, Arles, Mont Ventoux, Les Baux-de-Provence, and the Rhone wine trail.
Included in the rates: utilities, bedlinen, towels, WiFi internet, visitor tax, cleaning during the week, after-stay clean. For stays of 2 weeks or more there is a weekly clean with change of bedding and towels.
To book: 33% booking deposit, with the balance payment due 8 weeks before arrival.

Totally unique
Such a breathtaking property, even more gorgeous than the beautiful photos! Incredibly spacious and unique. The house manager Aries could not be more helpful and responsive. This is an ideal location for a quiet family trip.
Super home
Beautiful domain with more than enough space for our family of 17 people and 2 babies. The house is very well maintained and very neat. In the middle of our stay, the whole house was cleaned again by a super friendly lady. Aries was also always immediately available to solve problems or to give us tips. Please note, there are a lot of stairs in and around the house (was good for our condition!). We would love to go back!!!!
