The Location

The house is 1km (0.6 mile) from Chateauneuf-de-Gadagne. Chateauneuf-de-Gadagne is a typical Provence village with two restaurants, bar, mini-market, bakery. It also has tennis courts, playground and skate park. The village is well located for exploring the Luberon to the east and Avignon to the west, with its famous festival in summer.

The market town of l'Isle-sur-la Sorgue, the antiques capital of France, is 10km (6 miles) away. The medieval city of Avignon is 10km the other way. The Luberon region is a 30-minute drive away, with the picture-perfect hill-top villages of Menerbes, Gordes, Bonnieux, Roussillon, Lacoste, Oppede-le-vieux and Goult.

Property Rental Policies

  • Included in the rates: utilities, bedlinen, towels, WiFi internet, after-stay clean. For stays of 2 weeks or more there is a weekly change of bedding and towels.

  • To book: 25% booking deposit, with the balance due 6 weeks before arrival.

  • Rental periods: Saturday 5pm to Saturday 10am.

  • Refundable damage deposit: 800 euros.

  • Cancellation: if you have to cancel, we will try to re-book your dates, and refund the amount recovered (minus bank charges).

  • Maximum occupancy: 6.

  • Dogs would be accepted at this property.

  • All properties are non-smoking.
